After their highly acclaimed performance at the BUG last year, and a sell-out show at the 2018 Neurum Creek Music Festival (well, to be fair, it was a captive audience) Sue Wighton and the Margaritas are delighted to regroup for this, their much awaited third gig.
Like their namesake these gals are a little bit sweet, a little bit sour and highly intoxicating. Some say they’re best taken in small doses. Sue Wighton is a slightly salty singer songwriter, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist. She won’t be playing the multi for this festival and will stick to guitar. She’s joined by the small but potent Rose Broe on accordion, the tart and tangy Kateena Ryan on fiddle and the mind altering Jodi Murtha on electric bass. So hold on to your hats ,charge your glasses and pass the tequila! |
