At Olaf Grawert Violin Studio I like to give you the time that you deserve, that is why I am one of the few violin shops in Australia to have appointments (this is more common in Europe and the US).

Currently there is a 6 week wait for appointments for repairs and restorations.  I recommend booking between 6 and 8 weeks before for most appointments (except for trying instruments) to make sure you get the appointment that suits you best. If you have an urgent repair, please contact us and I will do my best to help you.

For accurate Valuations, Olaf needs to see the instrument in person (no online appointments).

There is no wait if you would like to try instruments. Please contact us and we will find a time. I like to make sure that I have good instruments set up for you to try and will really take the time to help you find your perfect instrument.

My top priority is always to make sure that your instrument is working and sounding its very best, and that you are not left without your instrument for too long, so I try to book you in when I can actually do the work on your instrument.

**Please make sure that the appointment is Monday to Friday with my preferred days being Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. (I do need days to have time for working on instruments.). I also stay back a little later on some weekdays to make it possible for you to attend after work hours. Please email us if you are unable to make it during the week and we can find a solution.
