Bangalow Chamber Music Festival

To celebrate our 20th anniversary festival, we have curated a thrilling program that embodies the significant achievement of presenting world-class classical music in Bangalow to audiences from all over Australia for the past two decades.

We are delighted to be presenting ten world-class artists who are all making their debut appearances at the festival this year including concert pianist Konstantin Shamray, violinists Alexandra Osborne and Courtenay Cleary, cellists Rachel Siu and Guillaume Wang, SXS horn player Nick Mooney, sopranos Suzanne Kompass and MSVS 2023 recipient Nina Korbe, violinist Meagan Turner, and clarinettist and instrument maker extraordinaire, Linsey Pollak (don’t miss his BiteSize event: From Carrot to Concert Hall – it will astound!). We also welcome back soloists Emma Sholl flute (who we are delighted to have joining us to celebrate our 20th festival as a former member of SXS), pianists Maxwell Foster and Vatche Jambazian, the Orava Quartet, the superb musicians of Southern Cross Soloists, composer/clarinettist Sean O’Boyle AM and our 2023 SXS Next Gen Artists.
